Help I ate half of a nutmeg?

Dont ask me why but I ate half of a nut meg it was horrible. . I heard it can get you really fucked up and I don't want that! Help what should I do

Nutmeg when taken in large amounts can be hallucinogenic.

Nutmeg is not fun so hopefully it does nothing otherwise you just survive the effects. They wear off.

They put it in pumpkin pie. It's a bit cinnamon tasting and has a touch of spice to it.

If you overdo it, you could probably get a stomach ache or something off of it. The flavor is pretty intense, but yes, it is edible.
