you could kinda change it. Workout , but keep the oblique exercises to high volume to make sure you just tone and not get bulk there. Another way is to increase your shoulder width, do lateral raises. As for widening your hips, I dont think there is an exercise that will help that.

I don't think you can change it, but you can look much fitter or toner
You are born with all of your body's fat cells. You wouldn't be able to change your body to hourglass without gaining weight in those areas if you're lucky, or cosmetic procedures. Your actually bone frame and structure is not possible to change though.
not really sadly. :( Only way to do that is restructure your bones. Thought that doesn't sound like it would end well. :(

Nope. I wish, though. I'm a complete rectangle and I would love to have an hourglass body. Just exercise and eat right and make the best of what you have!
I guess it's possible. My sister was an apple a few years ago, now she has an amazing hourglass body.
