If you binged, means you were STARVING your body. Normally our bodies find a way to fight against "diets" by making us over-eat and binge to compensate for lack of nutrition. World Health Organization guidelines for starvation is anything below 2100 calories per day. So, I suggest you eat more fruits and veggies (it won't make you fat to eat them until you are full) and exercise moderately every other day. That way you won't harm your body and won't want to binge again.
And NO, one binge won't make you fat. Just stop starving yourself.

Calm down, everyone has bad days! ❤️ Just forgive yourself and move on, that's the best you can do. Almonds are healthy, you can be glad that it wasn't chocolate or chips. The next time you get binge urges, drink a big glass of water (sometimes we're just thirsty!), take your favourite piece of fruit and a handful of almonds and then do something you enjoy! Remember that your body needs 30mins to realize that it's full.
If you fail, don't beat yourself up; just try again. Good luck, you got this :)
Don't starve yourself! However, do eat plenty of fibre and drinks loads of water, because that many almonds is likely gonna cause some wicked constipation!
If you don't have a decent bowel movement in a few days, head to the chemist and grab some dulcolax, or coloxyl with senna, or movicol.
I don't know why people think 1 or 2 binges will make them gain weight. As long as you don't eat like that three times a day seven days a week you're fine
yes it might add a bit as almonds are fatty. starving yourself after the next workout will make it even worse though!. just keep working out and eat clean, that's the only way to improve. eating less will mess up your metabolism (it's really complicated topic and I'm to lazy to go into details, just trust me, eating less when working out is shit. just eat clean.).

It might make you constipated, but you'll be alright. Never starve yourself as punishment for over eating, just try to be more aware of what your doing in the future. Be smart. Just get back on the workout wagon and keep at it.
Calories in protein is different from calories in fat/carbs. Every gram of protein is 4 calories. Every gram of fat is 9. Look at the label & you can easily deduce if you took in more protein or fat.
Err, probably not as a one off, it would require a diet consisting of regular almonds to change your weight.
Don't starve yourself, and don't worry about it. Just keep trying to be healthy. It's not going to ruin anything. It's really your long term diet and exercise that makes a difference.
That's about a pound and a half from almonds alone that day. You could work that off quickly. No prob
The amount of calories you ate will make you gain a pound, but you'll lose it no problem.
that's a lot of FAT!
