You don't need products to get hair and nails to grow!

To get nails to grow, push in your cuticles, it will have an effect that it's bigger and longer and moisture. Apply a base coat. File your nails in a circular shape. Have a healthy diet.

Hair : wash hair in cold water every day (do not use hot water, or this will strip off hair and will leave it dry and damaged), brush your hair three times daily (this tames the tangles and straightens it which makes it grow), eat right (fish and eggs and milk are most effective in hair growth), do not use heat on hair as this makes hair dry and damaged, don't style your hair too much, leave it down

If it hasn't been mentioned yet, you can use castor oil. Castor oil is amazing for your nails, hair, and many other things. Read about it here to get some ideas:

If you do decide to use it, just use some precaution. For example castor oil is dangerous near your eyes, however it is good for eyelash growth and thickening. You have to know how to apply it safely. For nails, I'm sure a cotton swap will do. It's meant to strengthen the nail to prevent brittleness, which is excellent for trying to grow the nails naturally.

Silica gel. You buy a bottle of silica gel, add a teaspoon of it to a cup of water on a daily basis. Within a week you'll notice that your hair is glossier, your nails stronger, etc.. In turn leading them both to grow faster as well.

Nothing. Just be careful with your nails and hair. Prevent damaging them with things like rubbing too hard with a towel or something and hair bands and use some nail polish to make your nails stronger and they will become longer.
