it makes you paranoid if you have something to be worried about. if you dont have have anything to be worried about, it doesn't make you paranoid. if you DO have something to be worried about, but you are psychologically strong, and can just ignore those thoughts momentarily, then it also won't make you paranoid!

I wouldn't say it's the weed that makes me paranoid, more like the fact that I'm doing something illegal makes me paranoid. If I smoke in a place where I know I won't get caught or arrested, then being paranoid is not an issue whatsoever.
