Bad reaction to weed?

I'm not sure if I can post this here but I'm sure there's people here who smoke and I have a question lol

So I don't smoke a lot at all, recently I have though like the past two weeks with my friend. Usually I cough a lot because I don't smoke anything ever and yesterday I didn't cough at all so I smoked a lot. It was night and we sat in a park, I started feeling dizzy, my vision blacked out and I couldn't see or hear. My ears were ringing and my hands were literally vibrating. My phone was vibrating too I remember telling my friend I can feel the radiation (?) from my phone or something. It lasted like 10 minutes but I literally thought I'm gonna die I was so scared I'm glad my friend was there. After like 15 minutes I was walking but my hands and feet were still tingling and I heard voices, colours and everything looked crazy. There definitely wasn't anything wrong with the weed though she was fine and she's known her dealer for years

Have you ever had a reaction like that? I definitely had way too much but still a reaction like this?

My phone wasn't actually vibrating by the way it just felt like that in my hand. I could also hear the vibration
