Enjoy some peace and quiet, with no phone to disturb you. Walk along the beach if you live near one, feed the seagulls, walk through the woods enjoying the wildlife and trees. Watch a sunset, listen to music, meet up with friends. Write an old-fashioned letter, outlining all of the things you've wanted to say to whomever, and then seal it in an envelope.
Those are some of the things I would do if I had neither a car nor money. :)

If i was me i would take a walk for like an hour to get some exercise and then stream a horror movie and maybe get some popcorn!
