- Cardio
The reason why people feel 'low energy' is because our energy is all up in our head and doing something like cardio forces energy back in the body also cardio boosts serotonin (a feel good horemone) and a bunch of other good horemones
- Meditation (meditation puts you in the middle of the tornado and being calm whilst all the sh** is flying about in your mind) and eventually about 5-15 minuets meditation it wouldn't be a 'tornado' it'll just be inner silence

By focusing on your breathing and just relax

Do you drink coffee or anything? If not get thay checked (don't mean to alarm you) but that sounds bad, hope everythings okay
I do, not that much though. It usually coincides with my depression, I call it sadness attacks, as I can't control them, I just kind of grit my teeth and ride them out.
It's over, put it behind you. I'd work on improving myself physically and career wise. Know that if one girl wanted you, others will also.
Ride bicycle
Go out/be outside. Don't stay in your room all day.
Meditate
Do some exercise
Eat healthy
Get a cat
Read books
Don't think or listen to sad things
Go see a therapist if you can.
I can't always control thinking about sad things.
Go out more, get more women in your life, you need to forget about your ex that's your problem, I know it's hard but going out with other women will easy the pain
How do I meet more women?
Anywhere at the mall, coffee shops, grocery stores, the gym, etc... Don't go the bars or night clubs looking for women, they women you'll find there aren't the one trust me
Lol women never want to have a conversation with me. They reject me even if I have no romantic interest in them.
