Is Italian Ice fattening?

So, I buy Italian Ice often and it always says 100 calories. Since it's mostly water, is it fattening?

If you buy the fat free kind it's a lot less fatting. I go to Jolodi Joes and I know their Italian ice have a lot of sugar.

If you don't burn off those calories they will be stored as fat. Anything you eat can be fattening.

I was thinking since it's 94 degrees in the house (the ac broke and we are waiting for it to be replaced) we'd sweat it out. But my husband, being a health nut, thought eating too many ices would be fattening.
