No I believe plastic surgery should only be allowed if someone had a serious accident or looks extremely ugly. It shouldn't be used for breast and/or butt augmentation.

So you're not okay with people adding parts to their body for pure cosmetic reasons (implants), but what about getting normal tissue removed? Like breast reduction for very large breasts, labiaplasty for a large discolored wrinkle textured inner labia, rhinoplasty for someone with a large beaked nose or a bulbous nose tip.

For labiaplasty, only if there is genuine physical discomfort than it's fine.
It's funny that you mention rhinoplasty. When I was younger I was bullied because there were people that didn't like how my nose looked like. To them I said fuck off I'm not getting surgery just to please you. I accept myself the way I am and I advise others to do the same.

I got restylane injections a few years ago. I really enjoyed the results. For the first time in my life I felt feminine and fine. It did not hurt and no one suspected I got any work done. Might get it done again. It has been a while.

With 100% probability, you will eventually look like crap with most plastic surgery. Maybe a nose job would be ok if you definitely need it.
