Girls, What chest excercises have increased your chest size?

There aren't any chest exercises that'll get your boobs bigger, as they're largely fat and breast tissue. All you can do with exercises is get your boobs perkier, and bit more toned. Which I managed to do through overall weight loss and arm curls with not much weight, usually just 6lbs.

There's no exercises to help grow your breasts, but when you wear bras and tops that'll flatter (make your boobies more appealing) them, you'll have more confidence.

I don't know about chest exercises but my mom and her superstitions say if you eat a lot of chicken your chest will get bigger due to all the hormones. And I guess its true since my chest size is bigger than I like because I love to eat chicken...

No chest exercises work however the different types of clothes you wear can perform true miracles evening out the proportions of different parts of your body :)
