What going on with my body?

Latly I been trying to eat, but some how I can't eat at all. I will take one bite then feel sick or full. Please help i don't know what's going on.

I've been going through the same thing for the past like month or so. Not sure what it is, but I've lost 13 lbs and counting from it so.

  It could be something hormonal, but it definitely is a good idea to go talk to a doctor about it. They will be able to give you an expert opinion that people here won't be able to.
