maybe bed bugs or an allergic reaction to body wash/ lotion/detergent..
you can actually debug your bed.. they have a spray.. but I would do it outside on a nice day and let it air out then zip it up with a mattress protector. Vacuume under your bed.. dust everything.
I’d swap out to Aveeno body wash and a laundry detergent that’s sulfate free, no dyes and parabens.. it will say on the label if it’s for sensitive skin and allergies.
Wash all your clothes and sheets with this and apply a lotion or cream that’s created for eczema to the areas affected. Within 2 weeks and you don’t see improvements, maybe try the doctor again. I can’t understand why he didn’t give you any recommendations or what could have caused it.

It looks like allergy only, but is it itching or paining? How your doctor was not able to diagnose? Did you change or switch to anything that can cause an allergic reaction. Please check it again. You can also try consulting another GP or a skin specialist.
Your clothes could be getting too tight. Or you might have been working out in clothing that doesn't breathe very well. Or the humidity might have dropped in your area and you need lotion.

Stress will cause hives, It happens to me at times... just like the pictures. You may use lidocaine cream, ice packs, steroid cream to help. If it's from stress... wear loose clothing and stay away from heat on those areas because it will only make it more worse.
Is it itchy or painful? Did you change anything in your diet? I work in med field though I cannot diagnose you, looks like Urticaria, meaning caused by something you at. Sugar free drinks with the no sugar, sugar, are a big culprit of rashes like these
I also think it looks like hives. Go get a professional opinion.
