Depends on your age. However eating protein and exercising promote growth, protein is the nutrient responsible for growth and repair after all. At the same time though ensure your diet is healthy and balanced even if you place an emphasis on eating protein, as an unhealthy diet will not aid your growth. There are also hormone treatments to aid in growth, however these are normally only given out if you have a medical condition preventing growth. Also avoid smoking and drinking, as these can stunt growth, and be sure to walk and stand properly. Slouching or hunching over can also stunt your growth.

Your height depends on several factors:
- Genetic: how tall are your parents and several family members
- Your diet
- When did you period start?
- Any physical activities?

I don't think it's on your control. I grew up under the myth that if I do pull ups or hang upside down using legs, it helps u grow. I dont think there is any creedence in that statement.

Eat healthy and drink milk. Also having tall genes wouldn't hurt.
