you could be dehydrated. thats the only thing i can thing of off the top of my head. i used to get anxious, dizzy spells when i got really anxious/panicky, so that may be it too. there have been a few times where i was really dehydrated and everytime i got up my world was spinning for a few seconds. it was hard to balance. it was such a bad feeling! drinking a ton of water usually helps all of my problems for some reason haha
i hope you figure it out!! thats really awful
are you hypotensive (low blood pressure)
do you experience metal taste in the mouth...
get checked for neurally mediated syncope... (momentary lack of blood flow to the brain)
i had the same problem for 2 years in high school. room spins, metalic taste, vision starts to go black sometimes your face may start tingling or your legs feel really heavy and you'll have to either sit down or grab on to something immediately or you'd loose your balance. I got it every time I stood up, and even more often if the temperature of the room/outside was high.. it was horrible... went to the ER in the hospital 5 times, numerous specialists, 6 different doctors... it was apparently neurally mediated syncope.. just move your legs (in a running motion) before standing, and get up slowly, you'll probably still feel dizzy but the loss of vision doesn't last as long. xo
it wasn't dehydration or lack of sugar for me and i had all symptoms you describe and more
oh and i just read your blood pressure is 90/60 which is similar to mine, so you are borderline hypotensive, (mine is between 75/45 - 90/60) which increases the likeliness of it being NMS as your blood pressure can drop when you stand up limiting the blow of blood to your brain..

I had a similar problem. Recently (within the last year) i started blacking out for no apparent reason. Thought maybe it was low blood sugar or diabetes at first. But it turns out i have hypothyroidism.
Might be something to look into...
I really don't know but I hope you get better soon <3
You're welcome
hmm... maybe you should take a break or lie down!
