I am just shy of 6'4" (aka 6'3 and 7/8ths lol). That is around 192, 193 cm.
My ideal height for myself would be about 6'1" or 6'2." I figure that is still tall but it isn't too tall.

As for girls, I don't really have an ideal height, since I have been attracted to girls all over the range. I mean, I had a huge crush on one person who was 5'3" and I didn't think them as short or anything so I could probably go shorter than that. Anything below my height and above 5' is good.

For the sake of the question though, I'll pick something. I think 5'7" would be good.

I'm around 6'5" and I don't think I'd want to be any taller or shorter so that is my ideal height. As far as what I'd want in a woman I really don't care. It would be easier to do stuff if she was on the taller side though. Also I loved being tall growing up so I think I'd want my potential kids to be tall too lol
