Yes I do, there's so many benefits that I don't see why not. You'll let your skin air out, you'll sleep better, you'll feel better in the morning, it'll prevent mid-sleep insulin spikes, and it may help you lose weight because the body burns more fat when you're cooler.

If it gets cold, I'll just bundle up in a wool comforter and turn the thermostat up a tad.

Nope, I leave my underwear on. I do it out of health reasons because I contracted orchitis from sleeping nude. I care too much about the health of my balls to sleep nude. .
