So I want to use murad products but will they work?

I have body acne and face acne and the thing is salicylic acid and benzoly peroixde does not work for me, I have used many drug store products with these ingredients they will work for a while then stop working. But my friend said using harsher and larger percent of salicylic acid and benzoly might work for me more since her aunt had the same problem with me she used 2% salicylic and it got rid of her acne. I was thinking maybe I should invest more money into murad products but I notice most of them have salicylic acid, will it work for me or not? do you think I should bother?

First know why you are getting acne.
If it's hormonal, or if your pores are clogged, perhaps you started working out recently etc.

And I don't recommend harsh ingredients for the face.
Esp if the products are geared towards mature skin.

Honestly, no one can say yes it's going to work or no as we don't know your skin. They could! Or it might not work. You just have to take a chance and try it out (:

Yeah but its scary its a lot of money! but I barley use any acne products anymore but I do use this mint scrub my sister told me I have to do it once a week and it stop working.

I would recommend going to the derm then if you don't want to splurge on expensive products that might not work. Remember, expensive doesn't always = better! I've tried proactiv ( I was having a bad acne day and just broke down ) and that was hella expensive and made my skin WORSE. Make sure you find out if you have an allergy or sensitivity to certain things because it can make your acne 10000% worse ( sorry, not trying to scare you or anything! ) Like for me, I found out some kind of acid or something they put in a lot of face washes for acne irritates my skin like hell and make's me break out more. Always always ALWAYS go to the derm if you have a gut feeling that something isn't right, I wish i would have went sooner instead of spending so much money on a billion products that didn't work!

I know that's why I avoid salayic acid and benyol now because they don't do anything for me I try Oxy emegery with this sulfur complex acid and that work amazingly! I don't want to use it again in case my acne gets use to it.
