Anybody heard of bio alcamid fillers?

I want to get my ass bigger and don’t want to do implants bc they say implants don’t look as natural and don’t even fil hip dips etc and i am scared of them shifting. I want to get butt fillers but hyaluronic acid fillers are so expensive and go away so fast. I found this place that do Bio Alcamid fillers and say that they are permanent. They are water based but has some silicone in it as well. Should i do it? I know they say it’s banned in some countries and they stopped making them and i would have to get them removed surgically if i have a problem but I am tired of growing my ass in the gym and having to take breaks for a month and then it go away…i want a big butt and not sure what else I can do to make it permanent?
