Anyone that made diy gelatin gummies, how to harden it like storebought?

I think the secret is Gum arabic or Xanthan gum as addition to gelatin for more elasticity.

I bought a mix and just followed the steps. It set in molds just fine. I didn't have to have any tricks other than following steps

it's just a ratio of gelatin to water. trial and error. try doing it without the expensive product and perfect the consistency.
