Can you use epiduo gel for boils?

For boils hot compress is most effective. Get a warm towel and put it on the boil for like 5 mins and it should start to drain. Then get antibacterial ointment.

It's what doctors say use for acne but mine are more like boils lol I'm hoping it will work
