Dry scalp with oily hair?

For about a year now I've been struggling with oily hair but flakes which I think from reading online is caused by dry scalp. Which shampoo and conditioner would be good for me?

Also it has become a bigger problem recently especially when I try to put my hair up even right after I've washed it you can see the flakes

Head and Shoulders is what you need. It works very well. You don't need much of it per wash either because it foams up like mad so that means it will save you money.

I use Head and Shoulders for a couple of skin things in my hair and it works so well.

Maybe you have seb derm?( google it ) Try something with black charcoal as it really help's with flakes/dryness.
