Skinny vs curvy?

Guys, which do you prefer? Girls, what are you/ what would you rather be?  Skinny: And Curvy:

OOOOOHHHH LET ME THROUGH TO THE FRONT. Me me me.

I am a figure/fitness model.

During competition season, I look exactly like the first set, but more 'riptastic' (in the words of my 7-year-old).
The rest of the time, I look like the second set.

Honestly? Ten years ago, I liked myself better in competition shape (otherwise I probabably wouldn't have gotten into it, duh).
Now, I like myself both ways.

BUT LEMME TELL YA.

When I get to lookin' like the first set... I am a bee, eye, tee, see, 8-ch.
Oh honey.
6-10 weeks of crash dieting... prolactin and estrogen levels near flatline... no patience, no joy, HANGRY, exhausted.
Sex drive goes out the window, too, although I sometimes provoke my husband enough to start smacking me around the bedroom (IN A GOOD WAY THAT WE'VE DISCUSSED AHEAD OF TIME--do not jump down my throat for this one pls thx). That does it. Otherwise nope.

Basically, life is a big fat NOPE when you look like the first set. Especially at 40.
Unless you take lots and lots of drugs.

This is why models take lots and lots of drugs.

And that is why lots of models have very, very short careers.

When I look like the second set... my hormones are back! I'm eating FOOD again, not just boiled saltless chicken breasts! Omg I want to SMILE again! Suddenly I can't go two minutes without thinking about sex, clothes, or checking my lipstick in the mirror!

And my husband... he HATES me like the first set. He LOVES me like the second set. He makes sure his appreciation is well noted... If you know what I mean. Wink wink.
(He buys me lots of slutty bedroom clothes... none in my competition size, HMMMM I WONDER WHY.)

Men in general like the 'curvy me' better. As evidenced by the fact that they hit on me much, much more often. (Statistical bias alert: This might just mean that they'd rather hit on women who smile. And who don't carry a nuclear-grade bitch scowl everywhere. And who actually seem to be, you know, alive.)

The exception is the Wall Street-type white guys. These guys like the 'thin me' better. (Statistical bias alert: This might mean these guys LIKE half-dead, sleep-deprived nuclear-grade bitches. I dunno, man.)

It pisses me off when people use "curvy" as a synonym for fat. No, they are not the same thing.

Both types have something special in their look. Out of those two I choose Curvy because it's more stylish or unique. Not sure how to explain. But somewhere in between would be best for me.

As a bi girl, I prefer the first girl. Really curvy girls are just hot to me. I'm also a bigger girl and love my body type, so this could be a vanity thing.

I also think some people here clearly don't understand what obesity actually is, which is actually disturbing, since we already have a distorted and unhealthy view of women's bodies.

Curvy means different things to different people as well. The second woman isn't really that curvy, in my opinion. Nothing wrong with that, but there are probably other examples of "slim and curvy" that more closely fit into my idea of curvy. None of this matters to me though. Be comfortable in your own skin and focus on not tearing other people down and being a vile human. More people need to work on this.

Last girl there seems skinny and curvy at the same time. I find skinny is about weight. The curvy shape is more about your body shape, bone structure and where you tend to accumulate fat. So a skinny curvy girl with hourglass shape would be seen as hotter than a skinny girl who tends to a rectangle shape. Same with other weights for girls, who tend to a hourglass shape and keep a thinner waist tend to be seen hotter than those who lose waist and have more an apple/rectangle shape.

Skinny. Kim K is Gross. Plus most FAT girls try to make it sound better by calling it curvy, but at the end of the day, it's still fat. After a women has kids, her body changes and her hips get bigger, so maybe that could be called curvy, but.. Still I like skinny.

I'll be honest, I've noticed that body type depends on the race of the guy in terms of attraction. White guys tend to like thin women whereas black men and hispanic men like curvy.

Personally, I think skinny is gross. It's like they only eat cucumbers and celery. Curvy looks a lot healthier and more feminine.

You can't assume that the bigger woman is more healthy. Healthy is what your normal body weight would be. If you are naturally skinny, I would be unhealthy to try and look like the bigger woman.

I, generally, like the more curvy woman, but I'll easily take the one who has an average sized vagina.

Notice the spread lol. Thick, and curvy have totally different meanings depending on who you are asking. To me thick and curvy almost always equate to 'fat.'
