Are you a fan of Martial Arts? Or am I the only one?

I desperately want to take Tae Kwon Do classes (or any martial arts class, really) I've always been fascinated by martial arts I'm just wondering if anyone else likes it. Feel free to be specific. do you know any moves? (:D

I took martial arts for many years and I loved it. Still remember most of the moves and have a few videos of myself doing them in the class. It's great for a workout, health, and it actually helped me out in my school fights. Of course school fights are not the same as being attacked with a knife or a gun on the street but still helped me defend myself. I strongly suggest taking martial arts. Any will do. Only benefits will come out of it.

Might I suggest... hell no to Tae Kwon Do. See, it is very fancy, but horrible for actual fighting. It relies almost solely on kicks, and the form is about showing off and looking good.

Kicks are waaayyy slower and much easier to block than good punches, not to mention people can catch kicks and throw you.

Take something more like boxing+kickboxing, or Krav Maga, or such.
