A cookie and apples for lunch? You eat like a first grader who's allowed to pack his own lunch for school. It's not about quantity so much as the quality of the food you eat in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
If that's all you're eating all day, of course not.

All of that wouldn't even be one meal for me. Then again I'm a guy
too many carbs. unless you're an athlete, excess carbs = overweight.
