And I didn’t eat anything today really until like a 30-20 minutes ago I had
3 small mozzarella bites (70 calories)
And I ate 3 each of the food in the picture.
I’m just kinda hungry but I don’t if I eat any more I’ll gain more weight. But I feel so bad if I eat because I’m trying to lose weight.
Any advice please? What do you think I should do?
