I've lost 20lbs already but nees to lose 40lbs more. I dont look my weight i actually look less than 40lbs overweight. However I need to lose it fast im just not sure how. I know i have to exercise but I do get tired too quick. But i want to know what exercises will help and also what food... at the time when i lost weight i ate only salads but in the winter i dont feel like eating salad... Any suggestions. I wanna lose it fast!
