Step 0 would have been to never gotten those extra weight...
Regardless, your priority needs to be to eat less. The kinds of food you eat ultimately doesn't matter for weightloss. If you have poor self control you should consider calorie counting. Combining calorie restriction with vigorous exercise will promote a greater rate of fat consumption. Do any exercise just not the bullshit walks/jogs/"runs" that 'average' folk consider exercise. For simple reference exercise for heart rate at 70~80% max. If you've never been educated or didn't care to listen during PE class.. Look up "target heart rate". "I do get tired too quick", if you aren't physically fit then of course you will get tired quick. No one starts at a high level of fitness.
Stop focusing on losing it "FAST". You won't. Your can't fix your long term mistakes by short term 'fixes'. You're falling into the same mentality that all the 'failures' fall into. They take up a diet-plan with some success to later gain a ton of more weight in celebration.

What's the rush? Losing too much weight too quickly is never a good idea as you're much more likely to put it back on later.
However, you say you get tired fast, which means you're still not in great shape. The more you push yourself, the fitter you'll be, and the more calories you can burn in one workout. I'd focus on that.
And for a while, eliminate all fried foods, soda, desserts, and salty snacks, and make sure never to snack close to bedtime.
Lots of protein to keep from feeling tired all day while still working out. And sleep enough.
