Would you consider 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs, cereal, and some kind of fruit a relatively healthy breakfast?

So like in the title, my breakfast is usually something like two hard boiled eggs, a bowl of honey bunches of oats, and some sort of fruit (Apple, banana, etc.)
Im less concerned with caloric content than general nutrition, as lunch is rarely eaten and is small if it is.
I also know that this and most cereals are full of empty carbs, so if you can recommend an alternative for my cereal fix, that'd be great!
