Would it make my butt bigger or smaller?
I'll be doing other exercises then these (that's why I thought I'd do the on fire once a week, and I'd work other stuff other days)

Proper flute exercise diminishes cellulite and tones. It wil make your butt slight bigger with time. But most people don't use their glutes as often as they should because upper leg muscles overpower them from sitting in chairs and what not.
You have to know how to position your hips to overcome the leg muscles and get the glutes firing. The best way to accomplish and learn this is by joining a gym and taking classes. Your yoga instructor may ask what you are there to work on be it stress relief, flexibility or toning an area. Weight class instructors will know if your glutes aren't firing and correct you.
If yr a total beginner, you could make some progress here. Otherwise, not much.
That's just... like, ALL THE REPS. That's so many reps that yr essentially doing a cardio workout. High-rep workouts can train muscle endurance, and are a great way to build baseline fitness (for beginners), but they are not going to sculpt muscle in the way yr talking about.
The "on fire" thing would be a good warm-up or cool-down, before or after you do some real leg weights.
It'll make your butt more toned but not bigger for that your going to need to work out with heavy weights not just body weight. The heavy weights will force you to grow larger muscles which will make your butt bigger high reps with low weight will only tone. For example a sprinter has a big butt because they use maximum force for the whole distance they run. While a marathon runner which have no butt use minimum force for a long period of time. Which is what you are doing
NEVER NEVER NEVER FOLLOW THESE MADE UP BULLSHIT WORKOUTS. Step 1: Go to a gym. Step 2: Do HEAVY Squats and HEAVY Lunges Step 3: Do those exercises 5 sets each anywhere between 8-10 reps for you max Step 4: Each week up the weight and GET STRONGER FROM IT! Step 5: Eat Healthy Step 6: Get an ass like mine (I AM A MALE) which is firm, toned, tight and is loved by many.
How much weight should I start at?
That is for you to decide. The first day will be the day you find out what you are capable of, afterwards you adjust from their. I would guess for a female it would be less than 135 squat but more than 100 for you to do 5 sets of 8 and build up to 5 sets of 10 then go back down to 5 sets of 8 with a higher weight for the next time. Same thing for the lunges. Id do more than 80 for lunges but less than 100. Lunges are more difficult than squats so you need to use less weight but still follow the 5 sets of 8 until you build of to 10 then up the weight and go back down to 5 sets of 8 with the higher weight for both of them. A better butt comes with the stronger you get! Add a little bit of cardio to this and you are golden.
Okay, thanks!

u shouldn't be doing it 5 times a week, its too much for someone relatively new, no more than 3 times a week, when ur muscles get used to the work u can bump it up to 4 times a week after a month or so
It ll do both.. But if u want a bigger butt u gotta squat heavy weight
Well you would certainly have cheeks hard as rocks.
That seems unnecessary.
How so?
