You can't lose fat in specific areas, you have to lose fat in the order your body wants to, which sucks, but that's life. eg. your arms and stomach are obviously the last places to store fat. that will go eventually if your diet and exercise is on point.
But you CAN decide what areas you want to build. I'd definitely keep weight lifting. It'll increase your metabolism and help you burn fat faster, and it'll grow those areas you want to grow.
It's not the cool thing to do... but I'd think about powerlifting. The major 3 lifts are bench press, deadlift and squat. Last 2 will give your butt a workout, bench will help your chest. Lifting heavy in those 3 will make you badass, AND make you look good :)
