How do I fix a hurt shoulder from work?

I think I pulled something bad and it was my first day so I don't want to miss a shift but my shoulder and side of my neck hurts really really bad. I need to fix it or at least take a ton of pain away by tomorrow morning

If you pulled soemthing go to the doctors to make sure it's not bad. If you can't go to the doctors or someone professional, but a heating pack on it and just massage it every now and then alittle

if it hurts to the point you can't do even basic things go to the doctor. If your job is tough, maybe it's a good idea to take a day off

do rice. what part of your shoulder hurts? like the blade? the cuff? the delt?

from the top of my tricept following all the way up to the side of my neck

starting to hurt on the top of my forearm as well

You need to ice it and see a chiro and report the injury to workman's comp

Get some R. I. C. E. going. If it still hurt tomorrow pop some aleve. Don't push yourself too hard though.

i almost never milk the system... one of the few times i eve called in sick was when i went for serious surgery and was in the hospital for 2 weeks
