What do you think of someone who repeatedly leaves disgusting gob remnants in a sink, then lies about doing it, or curses you out if you say anything?

I would personally tell them to stop, ask nicely. And if it continues, then you need to think of a new approach. Perhaps you need to leave a funny anonymous note, or something a bit more passive aggressive. Or perhaps point it out when multiple people are in the kitchen and make them embarrassed.
