It looks like I'm one of the few who actually does find this behavior disgusting. But at the same time, I don't judge, and most people do disgusting things. I know I do a great number of disgusting things, but I try not to do them where I can be observed. Sometimes people just get too comfy where other people can see them and it gives off trashy vibes to me, but I also was raised in the type of environment that dictated that if you wanted to have a hot dog or whatever when you were at some kind of outdoor event, that you should find an outbuilding or something to hide behind while you eat because it's impolite to eat where people can see you. And How to Be a Gentleman Revised and Expanded: A Timely Guide to Timeless Manners is one of the few books that I have actually read cover-to-cover in adulthood that wasn't required reading for a course of study.

I don't always meet every criterion that specifies what a gentleman would do, but I try to make it a point to consider other people when I'm going about my business.
Having a foot fetish myself I would honestly glance a little bit extra at them but would not do anything nor would it get my lollipop rising. It's just human nature of being comfortable with oneself and especially if you had to sit there for a bit, why not sit/lay in a relaxing position.
I used to do this a lot when I was younger and playing passenger princess. One day my sister came home and said she had to literally peel a lady out her seat and unfold her. Obvious she was dead.
Basically, the lady was playing passenger princess on the highway with her husband when they hit a semi. The lady’s legs basically went behind her head and cross over on to her back. I stopped doing it because of that.
This person had their feet up on the dash when they had a head on collision. It was a long time before they were able to walk again. At least don't do it while driving like you see people do.
Disgusting? No, ma'am, I find it maddeningly enticing. Whenever I see a guy (or woman, for that matter) propping his feet up, and basically just showing off, I usually try to get him to let me give them the attention and reverence they deserve. After all, if he's confident enough to put them on display, then he shouldn't be surprised when someone wants to kiss them and massage massage them, etc.
Oh, no, I'm very sincere in my lifelong passion for this type of interaction with someone who's out in public, flaunting their bare feet and toes. I mean, I've only done it 3-4 times, but if there's an opportunity, there's usually a conversation about it.
I'm more sophisticated than that, ma'am. Like asking a woman for her phone number, an opportunity like that requires courtesy, charisma and sometimes cash, as well. It just takes passion, practice and pussification, to borrow a term that's been used on here recently.
