One of my permanent teeth suddenly feels sharper than usual?

I noticed for the past few days that one of my permanent teeth feels a bit sharper than usual and can feel it poking the inside of my mouth.

Anyone ever have this? what can i do about it?

I had it, from natural wear chewing all those years. The dentist filed the edge so it was rounded and no longer cut the inside of my cheek.

It can be sharpened by a chip off of it. In any case a dentist can smooth it if the tooth is irritating the inside of your mouth.
