I already brush with Sensodyne toothpaste and drink from a straw while covering my more sensitive teeth with my tounge. They feel thin and ready to break.
Do people reach an age an their perfect teeth begin to go thin and hurt? :(

Trending & News I used to have sensitive teeth but that all changed after I started supplementing with vitamin D3 and K2, and also fermented cod liver oil from Green Pastures. Our body uses fat soluble vitamins to repair and strengthen our teeth. Very specific nutrients are used. And the other part of the equation is the environment of your mouth, whether it is acidic or more neutral / alkaline. Brushing with ozonated olive oil is something else that really helped. Now I have zero sensitivity and my teeth are much stronger.
Sensodyne toothpaste... I wouldn't go near it. The fluoride in it is not good for teeth and can make them brittle. The issue is teeth can become weaker for a while when you stop using fluoride.
You are also likely deficient in magnesium, organic sulfur and vitamin C... all are needed to produce the collagen that strengthens the teeth ans gums. Supplementing with collagen can help until your body starts making it again though.

I am 48, and never had a cavity so I don't think it's true that once you reach a certain age your teeth fall apart. The biggest culprits are when people get depressed they stop brushing and flossing and that causes cavities.
