All this week I've not been able to sleep before 4am I used to sleep a lot like I could have a nap at 6pm then fall asleep again at 11 and sleep the full night. I've not been having any naps this week and I've been extremely tired but I still can't get to sleep! Then I get to sleep and I have to wake up at 7 so I'm getting about 4 hours sleep. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I think it could be, when I wake up I keep being sick it's like what I imagine morning sickness to be like, I'm nauseous, I need to pee all the time and I keep craving food!
