Maybe try ear candles. They're a few bucks each and they're very easy to use. Put the small tip in your ear, light the other tip and wait for it to burn all the way down. Takes maybe 5-10 minutes. It gets lots of earwax and junk out.
I had a somewhat similar situation where I used to work at a manufacturing plant and put foam earplugs in everyday. And I guess over time, it started pushing back and building up earwax or something and eventually I lost hearing as well. And just like you it felt full, and nothing I did fixed it. Worst case that can happen is you (like what happened to me) is you end up having to go to the doctor who "scoops out" huge chunks of earwax. Very quick and simple procedure. However it was painful because the inside of your ears are very sensitive. But you'll live. Hope this helps.

Pour some peroxide in your ear, lay with the clogged ear up until the bubbles stop, and then let it drain. It probably won't clear it on the first shot but it helps.
