BINGE EATING problem?

tonight AFTER dinner i ate 2 pumpkin pie quest bars and 3 kind bars. do i have a binge eating problem? im still hungry also (its 10:45)

binge eating only if u do that every day. have you eaten proper today? when i eat only junk food and dont eat breakfast i get the munchies, because my blood sugar is in the basement

Maybe you should eat healthy like fruits fruits, stay longer in the stomach and making you feel full longer.
