Appitite suppressants?

Are there any appetite suppressants that are not pills, because I am inerment fasting and it's hard to go without anything is there any drinks that are good at suppressing appitite? I already know black coffee is but I don't like coffee and me on coffee is not a good idea I'm wild enough as is lol

Drinking water is really good but you have to drink a good amount of it. Other than that Apples are supposed to be good as their made of monosaccarhides meaning your body uses them for energy instantly. However, Apples would probably be considered breaking your fast and are more like get through the final 2-3 hours of the fast. I do intermittent fasting as well and that's what I do.

weather you love or hate spicy food try cayanne pepper. It's got a lot of health benefits and if you hate spicy food you'll eat less food. if you love spicy food it's an anti-inflammatory. also the more you eat the more of a tolerance you get which means you can show off and order the spicy dishes that make your friends blush.
