You could make some friends with some of the regulars you see at the gym. Watch motivating youtube videos before you go to the gym. Jam out to your favorite songs before you go. eventually when its part of your daily routine, its gonna feel just natural to want to go to the gym.

get into a habit. like, i worked out on mon/tues/thurs/fri. i did it after classes and right before dinner or if i had shit to do, late at night. there was nothing else really to do
I lost 40lbs and not wanting to get fat again is good enough motivation for me lol.
I feel so happy and sexy now lol and I don't want to give that up.

It's just a force of habit for me at this point. I've been working out for almost 14 years now so I don't motivation, I just do it.
When I first started, I was motivated by the physiques of pro wrestlers (no homo).I just constantly reminding myself that I'm not going back to the way I was. That's all it takes for me.
Realize it's not meant to be easy, otherwise everyone would be accomplished and look amazing, so work hard to be in the exclusivity.
I was pretty much biggest kid in my school and still is, dad built us weight room in 8th and Ima go pro at NFL so there's that. U just gotta make it habbit OP
