Puking is a response from your body to stress. It already happened to me before an oral and I was so nervous I threw up my breakfast.
It might be because you are stressed about something. Try toning it down and see how it goes. Try eating lighter and more natural foods and a moderate amount of water, if you don't already. It might simply be your body responding to something unusual. It might be nothing big but, if it goes on longer than a few days or a week, you should see a doctor.02 Reply- +1 y
I hate veggies too! But I force myself to eat them. If I can give you a few examples from my diet, I drink V8 veggie juice. It tastes yummy and you just have to poor it in a glass without adding anything. I also get a probiotic yogurt/beverage every morning, it helps a lot with digestion. I make myself salad when I can. I mostly use spinach and I add as many other things as I can: I like putting mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, apples, pears, water chestnuts, grapefruit and sometimes berries and nuts in it. Sometimes, I mix all of it together and it tastes great! It's so much easier and so yummy that you will finish your plate.

+1 yI believe so, I vomit when it's too hot outside. It is very bad sometime's I can not go out unless it is dark so I basically miss most of the summer and sometimes from just eating alone (nooo I'm not bulimic... Or else I'd be 50lbs lighter now lol) other time's I puke from giving a fuck boy the time of day😒

+1 yOh, yeah, this is super duper common.
Stress activates dopamine receptors, more so in some people than in others. One place where you have a lot of dopamine receptors is in the GI tract, where their function is to make you throw up.06 Reply- +1 y
When you experience this, do you experience it together with sleeplessness, fidgeting, (possibly) increased sexual thoughts, and (possibly) increased motivation to work toward concrete rewards?
Do you bounce yr leg more than usual if yr sitting down? (Possibly) salivate more? Do yr friends tell you that you might have said some less-than-nice things during these times?
I'm going somewhere with this - +1 y
Ah girl it's a familiar story. A lot of these are similar to things I experienced with bipolar mania, as a teenager. Fun years, those were.
Anyway, what's almost certainly going on here is some sort of problem with the neurotransmitter dopamine. Either yr body makes too much of it, or else yr receptors are over-sensitive to it, or both.
There are 2 ways to deal with this without going to the doc -- you can raise yr body's serotonin levels, and you can lower yr body's dopamine levels.
To raise yr body's levels of serotonin, you could switch yr diet more toward carbohydrates. (Not sugars, but things like brown rice, corn, sweet potatoes etc).
You can also supplement with L-tryptophan and/or St. John's wort during the daytime, and 5-HTP and/or melatonin at bedtime. (All four are available at drugstores)
To lower dopamine levels, you should cut out caffeine as much as possible.

... a precursor called L-tyrosine, so, the important thing is to avoid foods that contain lots of L-tyrosine. These include:
• oatmeal
• cheese (yeah it sucks, I know)
• chicken and duck
• dark chocolate
If you knock these thinsg out of yr diet, you'll probably find that the situation will get better.
If it's still overwhelming, you can go see a doc and get a prescription for a "dopamine antagonist" drug.
These are also called "antipsychotic" drugs (yes that's a horrible awful terrible sounding name, lol), because they're prescribed to help people who suffer from schizophrenia and other schizoid disorders, too (which are also associated with dopamine imbalances).
Those drugs WILL work, but they have their own set of collateral problems, so you should try the diet and supplement approaches first.
Good luck. <3

+1 yStress and anxiety can do a lot to you, take it from a girl who has passed out from stress-triggered panic attacks. I would say you are either stressed or getting the stomach flu.

+1 yYes, in fact my main reaction to stress is my gag reflex goes into overdrive, so I feel like I could choke on anything at any moment. In really stressful situations, I puke.

+1 yThat's entirely possible. Stress does a number of things to a person's body. Nausea and vomiting are two of the potential things that can happen.
