So I am 4-5 weeks pregnant and I drank very lightly of some alcohol some type of beer. Well the baby be fine or should I worry, P. S. I didn't know I was pregnant tell today when I went to the clinic.

You should be just fine. Granted don't keep drinking. Lol. But I one time small drinking night shouldn't harm the baby. At least it's a very small chance. Take care of yourself the best you can from here on out :-)

Well, I haven't had any kids yet, however I've still done my research because when I am pregnant I want to treat myself the best I can. Be aware of cheeses, many you should not have. Also with seafood, stay away from seafood with mercury. Go see a gyno if you haven't yet. Start taking pre-natal. Don't go for the cheap stuff. Look into Solgar, it's the best brand at the best prices that I' know of. Keep stress as low as you can (practice yoga, mindfulness, get a stress ball, etc. to help). Stay hydrated. Allow yourself to eat as much as you need. Remember you're eating for two. If you get nauseous try peppermint, ginger, BRAT diet). They say a glass of wine a day is fine, but I think it's controversial. Find some pregnancy forums, it may help ease worries. :-) And congrats to you!

I think its starting stage of pregnancy but you must be careful now ! However you must visit to Gynaecologist be sure that there is nothing for worry
