So the doctor is sending me to podiatry and says he doesn’t know what has happened so now I’m stressed cause nothings been resolved but he gave me naproxen and omeprazole 😕

See... there are basically three kinds of medical problems.

The kind that are overblown and the doctor just tells you whatever will get rid of you.
The kind where the doctor hasn't got a damned clue and / or can't do anything about it... but they'll just tell you whatever will get rid of you.
And the far rarer third kind where the doctor can both identify it AND do something about it...

But 9 times out of 10 it is one of the first two kinds. Doctors are humans... which necessarily means they're half-arsing their job and basically just trying to get to the end of the day without doing too much work.

I go to a Podiatry every 3 months to get my nails clipped, and his name is Dr. Beshay, and he seems to be good. Both of them medications are good and shouldn't hurt you, but the foot doctor is a good choice.

Could be anything; a worn nerve, arthritic issue, etc. It's hard to tell unless you've gone to visit the podiatrist. Try to relax. Take deep breathes. Don't be on your feet too much, if you can help it.
