Is it normal to thow up after doing 100 sit ups?

I did 100 sit ups and I just the up right after.. I haven't even ate until about 1pm

Better question is why are you doing 100 setups? It's totally pointless to do that many when you could be doing more advanced progressions for 3 sets of 10 reps and getting way better resultd

no it ain't although my first time at the gym i threw up lmao it was a full body compound though

Well if you aren't used to doing that many then yeah your body can react badly to it, you have to warm and work up towards that many.
