I suggest checking fitness blender's different ab exercises on youtube, and mix ab exercises with cardio. They also have a good plan for four or eight weeks if you are willing to purchase.
You should also combine exercises with your diet. Try to eat leaner, and especially the foods which are proven to help shed belly fat such as plain yogurt and avocado.
Lastly, don't forget to rest your abs. Just simply doing situps all the time may grow your muscles but you may not get desired results or you may injure yourself if you put too much of exercises than your muscles can bear. Abs are pretty hard to tone, and it requires time so be patient until you see results.
no, you'll get nicer abs but you won't see it cuz it'll still be under the layers of fat. You'll be more effective at burning it off with HIIT and healthy eating on a calorie deficit
Eat better, drink more water, sleep better and workout when ever you can/feel like it. You don’t gotta be hardcore about it, everything in moderation.
NOOOOOOO, it's the least effective method of toning/building abs. It's better to do 10 mins of really intense training, follow this video and do it 2-3 times a week :) but pleeeeease don't do endless situos or crunches, nothing will come of it.
But if you want to have toned abs, you need to cut sugar out of your diet and lose body fat. It's not easy but it's possible :) try to eat less carbs, more protein and no junk or sugar
Yes for sure you will see results and after 2 weeks of doing these amount of sit ups you will learn how to eat yourself out so while doing these exercises you will get a bonus by being able to Cum while you are doing all your sit ups.
Good luck!!!
What 😅
Yes I have heard there are a lot of women who have taught themselves how to eat themselves out and they liked it more then when their man was doing it as they could Cum as much as they wanted whenever they wanted.
Please keep me updated on how you are making out with eating yourself out...

No you still need to rest your abs now and again so that they can heal from the amount of excercises. You also need to eat enough and sleep enough.
Also, over time 100 setups will come too easy and you will need to hold some kind of Weight above you (at least that is what it is like for me)
Instead of doing 100, do as many as you can until it starts to hurt then do a static hold for as long as you can. Way more effective and you can watch tv while you do it =D If it hurts for the next three days after then just do a few quick ones to get rid of the pain.
You will see some results for sure but I have some hints for you.
1. Make slow not fast exercises e. g. take about 7-10 sec for each singel sit-up instead of 1-3 sec.
2. Dont push your self to hard in the begining. Start with a low ammount
3. Just do it all 2nd day so your muscles have some time to rerupurate
Your probably would eventually but there are more effective workouts than situps. There is an app called 8-minute abs or something like that. Its free and takes you through much more effective core and stomach workouts
If you just start off doing 100 a day, the second day you probably won't be able to sit up from bed because you will be so sore lol. If I were you I'd start with like 25 and add 5 per day until you're at 100, maybe take a day off here and there.
The abs recover fast, and it's good that you do as many as you can in one minute, every 3 minutes, four times. So you take a break and do a few more. In a week you'll see them pop out
yea but if you can 100 this week... do 150 next week... and keep going up
Don't stay at 100 ...
Then yes you will notice progressive changes... if you stick at 100.. you only see a change once or so and that's it
Yeah, but you need to make sure you dont have a large stomach, and the results won't be immediate, but you will see them and probably feel them sooner.
Depends on the duration. 1 week wouldn't give noticeable results but 1 month would definitely give results. Of course sleeping enough and eating healthy are major factors that are important to think about when trying to get in shape.
you would see results but the best way to get a tonned stomach etc is through diet
Sit ups aren't everything--they help but don't burn that many calories. Try balancing it with planks and squats, or cardio.
I started doing 100 situps a day at your age tbh. Results aren't overnight. But by 18 I had a six pack.
Your abs will certainly become stronger. Whether you burn the fat on your stomach depends also on what and when you eat.
Dancing is great exercise. Keep it up.
You'll start to see the difference in about 2 weeks.
Only if your diet is good. Abs are made in the kitchen.
You won't see any difference unless you do a diet too.
It will help, indeed, but you also need to have a balanced diet and do some cardio to get rid of the abdominal fat that covers your muscles.
It would be better if you did 700 sit ups on one day, and then rested for the 6 days, that's how you build muscle ^^
trying adding planks and Russian Twists to your workout too.
How soon are you expecting to see results?
A week? A month?
Like a few months not too soon
Honestly, planks and several variants of leg lifts are better for abs than situps.
you should definitely see results
remember to suck your abs in so they look toned instead of fat.
Sit ups will get you abs.
Of course! Situps everyday does the trick.
You will see results in about 2 weeks.
Nutrition comes first
If i wanted a girl with abs id just turn gay...
I don’t want abs, I just want a flat stomach... but I thought guys liked abs on girls I’m so confused 😐

Some are wusses and are intimidated by them though.
probably
Certainly.
Why so few
Few? 😅 Lol maybe that’s nothing to you but it’s a lot to me I have like no muscle
I do 300 each morning and night
300? Bah! You should be doing 500, minimum!
@HappyWheels if I had time I would
@ibotje I'm not
@ibotje you are clearly unready for the impending war
@ibotje at the rate the planet is heating up there is a 90% chance that some time in are life time 75% of crops will fail , the U. S. is going to break into civil war any day now and one day the people who make all are shit are going to rise up and revolt
@ibotje I don't do it for the abs I do it because Its a addiction plain and simple
Wouldn't it be the poor countries with a major food shortage. I'd only see the west having minor shortages
@HappyWheels do you really think they will send use food if they don't have enough themselves and even the West will actually be one of the hardest hit places so most wheat, pees, corn, canolla crop will be the first to fail witch Will cause all are mass meat production to fail not to mention the war that will break out when coffee and tabacoo a steeply drop off
They sell food to the highest bidder. As for your claim that the west will be one of the hardest hit, you're wrong. The middle-east and africa and other currently hot regions will be the hardest hit. Those places will have a significant decrease in crop yield because of the scorching temperatures. Places like Europe and North America will actually be okay. We'll actually be able to grow a wider variety of food with crop yields increasing in places like Canada and northern Europe. The price of food will increase, but not to an extent that food becomes unaffordable in the west. What the west needs to worry about is all the people that will swarm from africa and the middle east.
@HappyWheels you missed a small but important thing as the temperature rises the air will hang onto more moisture with will rise when going over the Rockies and will cool slower then know leaving a very low moisture zone on the middle side of the countanint
Well I live in the UK, so it doesn't really matter what happens in the US as far as I'm concerned. Though, I'd imagine the east coast would be fine. California will certainly suffer because it is already very dry. You guys would have to rely on Canada for food perhaps. Canada would end up becoming better suited for farming.
@HappyWheels we already produce most of your food I actually live in the town once called grain capital of the British Empire
Fair enough. Though as some areas become inhospitable, other places become better suited to grow food, e. g. Canada and Northern Europe
@HappyWheels but we can up are production enough to cover the gap
I'd imagine so. Good ol' capitalism does its thing when the demand is there
@HappyWheels wear using all the land we can already the rest is swamp and Forst you can't cut down
Your sentence doesn't make sense.
Climate change denier?
What's insane? All I said is that less food will be able to grow in near the equator. While places like Northern Europe will be able to grow a wider variety of food. I'm sorry, what's crazy? That's what happens when the world heats up...
No... where did you hear that? 😂
Ditto. Take a look at this source: nca2014. globalchange. gov/highlights/report-findings/agriculture
Wow... I have to have two xp to post a link... anyway, just add the http part.
I stated that it would be the equator that will be worst affected. I said that the richer countries would be fine, at worst, inconvenienced. How isn't that a fair analysis of what will happen in the later half of this century?
There is this pdf you can find called: EU agriculture and climate change found at ec. europa. eu which states that crops once grown in southern Europe will migrate northward to northern Europe.
Here is another source that backs up my claim that Canada will be better suited for growing crops. As well as mentioning about the lack of food security elsewhere in the world and stating Northern Europe will be able to grow new crops.

Again, you'll have to add the http as I can't share links
Indeed, in our lifetime not too much will change. But you said thousands of years which is completely different. This is a mere 30-50 years.
Yes, around a 20% decline, though higher in the middle east. Consider that a wealthy nation like the US is worried about its food security, despite its better ability to adapt. Then consider a poorer nation near the equator. For them, they're in serious trouble. Also consider that the population is predicted to rise from around 7.3 (2015) to 9.7 billion in 2050 and then to 11.2 billion in 2100. Most of this increase will come from the poorer regions. Imagine the impact of a 20% decline in yield with an additional 3.9 billion mouths to feed. Most of them packed into the same area. I haven't even mentioned the impact of the hundreds of millions that will become wealthy around the globe. Their diet has a large increase in meat which is well known for taking up for more land for less output. As well as a generally higher rate of food consumption.

Specify "those massive changes".
Yes.
