If I do only 200 squats a day ( varied squats & lunges) with bands and ankle weights can I do them 5 days a week?

Do I need to take a day break inbetween to allow recovery if im not doing mass amounts?

the ankle weights are only 500 grams per ankle

I have 2kg per ankle that I have yet to use but building my strength first
