Don't over do it. If you can do 10 then do 10 and not 20 or 25 like the video says

Yeah, it's normal cause you over exercised. Aren't your muscles sore?

How do I get my form correct? Look in the mirror then compare in the video?
I did a lot of glute workouts and my thighs hurt the most. I'm worried im working my thighs only and not glutes
