When I don't work out everyday, I start to feel really gross. I'll start over sleeping or I won't go to sleep until 2 or 3 am because I'm not burning energy. When I get less sleep or over sleep, I start to be less motivated for all things in my life and I don't like feeling that way.
I also lost a lot of weight, and I never want to be fat again.

I have a Convenient Gym in My own Building, @Katy16, and Feeling as Great as I Do Daily... I Love Working Out.
It is Mind over Matter, and if You do not Feel Motivated to lift a Finger, then You will Not feel Like... Lifting a Weight neither.
