Why I am so sleepy these days?

I m in my 20 ... freshman in college... after i started going college i have become so sleepy that i can even sleep whole time coming from college in afternoon and still sleep till morning... I used to be active guy... what happened?

College drains a lot out of you. Have you been eating right? Maybe you could try to incorporate more iron into your diet. It may help a bit.

@apple24 yup! You can get iron from greens like spinach and from red meats. If you don't have a lot of iron in your system then you can become anemic, which makes you tired all the time.

Oh I usually get really dizzy!

Um sometimes yeah! My therapist like you need to get your blood work. I already know I eat too much junk food! But I can't cook so I have no choice but to eat whatever. Or not eat at all!

@apple24 you could always get microwaveable meals or something! They're not easy to screw up! Haha

Did I tell you about the one time I made pasta! Oh my apple! lol It had no flavor! lol I mught move to japan they have food vending machines lol! My kinda of people! Ya know haha!

Is there a possibility that you could be depressed? Have you ever had your thyroid checked? Are you under a lot of stress?

U r right maybe... maybe i am too stressed... but i didn't get thyroid part

If you have full time college classes than thats why! Take some online or something! And try to sleep early!
