I do fairly often if it's not too over priced. I don't do it because I think it's any better for you though. I do it just to support the industry. In some cases, like cereal, the organic stuff is actually cheaper than the regular. Some of the name brand cereals are really expensive. I also sometimes buy organic frozen food and organic fresh produce - again, only if it's not too expensive.

One thing to keep in mind is that it's a niche market and always will be. It's not possible for a large percentage of the population to eat organic food. You just can't produce enough food organically for that.
